Clonakilty Wellness Committee is delighted to be back hosting their first Wellness Month festival since 2018. We are starting small this year and the committee hope that you enjoy the workshops and events on offer.
Our theme this year “Tus Núa” New beginning: Coming out of the pandemic has changed all of us. We have had time to reflect and hold what is important to us. Please join us to celebrate all that is good in our community. All workshops are free
We have a variety of workshops and events this year – Meditation, Walking, Art, Non-Contact Boxing, Foraging, and Zumba – Just to mention a few. And as always, we have a Wellness Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty for all our Community.

A friendly invitation to come along to explore and rediscover together your Voice, Sound and Silence as part of your everyday Self Care. Try out Simple vocal practises which can relax, release tension, rebalance and refresh leading to an increased sense of well-being, creativity, confidence and fun. No singing skill required. As part of this session you can also enjoy a mini “Sound Bath “…no washing here!! Just being bathed in beautiful sounds, so bring a rug and cushion to lie on or stay seated and relax! All welcome”

The walk will be a gentle pace to suit all levels and guided with volunteers from the Clonakilty Resource Centre and the Clonakilty Walking Group. This is a great opportunity to learn a bit more about the walking and hillwalking groups in West Cork. If you are interested in taking up a new outdoors hobby, expanding your fitness levels, meeting new people or just want to take in the fabulous West Cork views, this is the one walk you won’t want to miss!! 6-8 km Walk
