The ‘Voice of West Cork’ podcast, Series 2 – Episode 14.
In this edition I speak with Rob Krawczyk, proprietor & head chef of The Chestnut restaurant in Ballydehob & Nuala Kenny, a qualified Nutritional Therapist + a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker & Open Dialogue Facilitator with the HSE in Bantry.
Every New Year, we promise ourselves that we will eat better & be healthier. Sadly, come February, most of us slip back into our old habits & bad food choices.
With the current ‘cost of living’ crisis, it is understandable to opt for the cheap & convenient foods, but as Rob & Nuala explain, eating healthy & being mindful, does not have to cost the earth.
So, to tie in with the national ‘Start’ campaign, aimed at feeding our children a better & healthier diet, it’s also important for us adults to lead by example.
Enjoy…
