Office Administrator/Manager in West Cork
A small but busy, multi-facetted West Cork business requires an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will
- Have training, experience and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Filemaker-Pro and appropriate administrative packages
- Be experienced in devising and maintaining office systems
- Have ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
- Be highly organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be a team player, team leader and self-motivated
- Have some flexibility around working hours and seasonality.
- Interest in foreign languages/cultures and experience dealing with international clients desirable.
