Hello & welcome to the ‘Voice of West Cork’ podcast, Series 2 – Episode 2.
The Feel Good Festival (Pt:1), ran in collaboration with the Skibbereen Arts Festival, between the 23rd – 29th July 2022. The aim of the festival was to promote mental health & wellbeing, as well as to engage creatively in the Irish Language.
Having spent the week attending all of the workshops organised, this podcast is made up of a series of interviews with the workshop facilitators & a beautiful mix of song, poetry & musical improvisation.
The reason for delaying the broadcasting of this podcast is because we wanted to put it out closer to the dates for the Feel Good Festival (Pt:2), which is taking place between the 1st – 19th October.
The initial festival was a great success, so based on this achievement, we now invite you all to come along & join in with the Craic.
